Zrinka Johnston PSM

After a long career in federal and local government, Zrinka reinvented herself as an investor, blogger and an energetic community activist offering equal opportunity criticism to all sides of politics. She has been a policy analyst and researcher, a policy wonk, Senior Executive Service manager in three federal departments, a Local Government Councillor and Deputy Mayor and Chairman of a Hospital Board and a Marina Board. She was Queensland’s First Anti-Discrimination Commissioner in 1993. Zrinka has three degrees: in science, arts and public administration from La Trobe University, Australian National University and Harvard University, and a Public Service Medal for Outstanding Public Service to Queensland Veterans. Always hungry for new challenges, she has entered the blogosphere armed with optimism and a whole lot of opinions. With this website she’s taken Bill Gates’ advice “to surround yourself with people who challenge you”.
